Panasonic unveils low-cost Eluga Ray 550
The new phablet features a 5.7″ HD+ display and 3GB of RAM at just over 135$.
Codename Eluga Ray 550. It is the debutant entry-level phablet by the Japanese-maker Panasonic. The new device will debut on the indian market, where it will be offered at a price of 8,999 rupees, at the current official exchange rate around 135$.
Available starting today exclusively on the FlipKart sales platform, Panasonic Eluga Ray 550 can be purchased in three finishes: Black, Blue and Gold. It is supported by a MediaTek MT6737H 1.3GHz quad-core processor. Under the hood there are 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal space expandable via MicroSD.
The camera department boasts a 13-megapixel main camera with LED flash and autofocus, coupled with a 8-megapixel selfie-camera. Other features include fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 4.1 and 4G VoLTE support. The battery is 3.250mAh. The operating system, however, is Google Android 7.0 Nougat.
