Nektar unveiled Impact LX Mini

A complete USB MIDI Keyboard/Controller in a very portable device

Nektar Impact LX Mini features 25 velocity-sensitive mini-keys, with a choice of 4 velocity curves and 3 fixed values. The device boasts also dedicated Octave buttons, a 4-axis joystick/switch (pitch bend, modulation, foot-pedal); Up, Down and the push button are freely assignable to any MIDI CC# number. LX Mini even has a footswitch socket for connecting a sustain pedal.

The control surface features an arpeggiator, 8 MIDI assignable knobs to control arpeggiator, instruments or MIDI CC#, 8 velocity sensitive led-pads and 7 transport buttons. All buttons are MIDI-assignable, with the shift button doubling the number of assignments to 14. With Nektar DAW integration, you even get a third control level for a total of up to 21 functions – all pre-mapped for instant use. Thank to Nektar Daw integration, Impact LX Mini supports several DAW: Ableton Live, Bitwig, Cakewalk, Cubase, Digital Performer, FL Studio, GarageBand, Logic Pro X, StudioOne, Nuendo, Reason and others. Also included is a template setup for Pro Tools.
