Asus ZenFOne 5 coming on April 12th
The company confirms with an official teaser, the new device will have Snapdragon 636 and FHD+ screen
The appointment is scheduled for April 12th in Taiwan, where the renowned Asian phone-maker will officially announce the new ZenFone 5. Intended for a medium-high level users, the new device boasts a “notch” 6,2″ display with a very high body/screen ratio and 2.246×1.080 pixels of resolution.
The hardware platform is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 CPU, combined with an Adreno 509 GPU, 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage expandable via MicroSD.
The photographic department is generous. Here we find a dual rear-camera consisting of a 12-megapixel with Sony IMX363 sensor, f/1.8 lens and 4-axis optical stabilizer, and a 12-megapixel wide-camera. The selfie-camera, on the other hand, is 8-megapixel.
Other noteworthy features include the fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, 3,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support and Google Android 8.0 customized with ZEN UI interface.
